Biography

My research focuses on the Ancient Near East between Early Bronze Age and the Iron Age period, with an emphasis on the archaeology of Southern Levant and preventive archaeology

Ph.D. Student at Sapienza University of Rome, my research focuses on the Ancient Near East between Early Bronze Age and the Iron Age period, with an emphasis on the archaeology of Southern Levant and preventive archaeology. My Ph.D. research focuses on Rescue Archaeology in Palestine in collaboration with EAMENA Project, University of Oxford.

I have done training placements at the ESRI Italia and ANAS to develop an archeological predictive model in southern Italy. My PhD tutor is Prof. Lorenzo Nigro of Sapienza University of Rome, with whom I participated in excavations, surveys and restorations project in Palestine (West Bank) at Tell es-Sultan/Jericho; Tell Abu Zarad (Salfeet); Bethlehem.
